Smooth and easy. Only thing that might be nice is a pop up reminder when you log in to update credit card information for those who use that method and may have an expired card on file.

Some fields wouldn't allow for change eg: credit card type would not change. Needed to create an account for a one time purchase. I won't be the chairman of the organization the next time this item is needed.

I Ordered 4 ACLS Provider manuals and 3 PALS provider manuals. My cart showed 7 items, I ended up with 6 PALS Can you fix this immediately?

Coupon would not work although Customer Care Rep stated it was still valid. This happened last time I placed order in April but I did not know of comment section to request it's application when completing invoice at your end.
